SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Processing times are between 3-7 business days and shipping times are between 3-7 business days. We are always trying to find the best, most cost-effective shipping options available for our customers.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The Black Candle Company is happy to return any unopened merchandise up to 14 days after it is received. Please email info@theblackcandlecompany.com to request a return authorization for any online order. USPS is our preferred method for return shipping. We are unable to cover return shipping costs, but will ship your exchange at no extra charge. Exchanges or returns require proof of purchase (e.g. your order number, order confirmation email, store receipt). Refunds cover the cost of the item returned and do not include shipping fees.

If there is a problem with your order we would be happy to resolve within 14 days of receiving the item. Please email info@theblackcandlecompany.com with details regarding your order. If an item arrives damaged or defective, photographs of the items in question are required for any replacement or refund, so please be sure to include them in your email.

Sale and Bundle items are final sale and not able to be returned.
